This magnum of Thyme Serpolet liqueur (18% alcohol) from Maison M Distillery is an iconic aperitif from Savoie, a region showcased through the passion of Roxane and Philippe, the brilliant duo behind this newly created micro-distillery. Their motto? To create liqueurs and spirits by managing the entire production cycle, from the (wild) ingredient harvesting (100% Savoie!) to distillation and bottling.

The distillery highlights Thyme Serpolet, a local variety harvested in the mountains in July. This homemade aperitif delivers a round aromatic profile of aromatic herbs, citrus, and mild spices. It offers lots of freshness and smoothness, perfect for an aperitif or even paired with a dessert (ice cream...).
