This magnum of Merise liqueur (18% alcohol) from Maison M distillery is a 100% homemade aperitif from Savoie, a region highlighted through the passion of Roxane and Philippe, the brilliant duo behind this newly created micro-distillery. Their motto? Creating liqueurs and spirits by managing the entire production cycle, from harvesting (wild) local ingredients to distillation and bottling.

The distillery showcases an original fruit here, the merise, a small wild cherry harvested in Savoie. Macerated at perfect ripeness, the merise brings intensity and concentration of red fruits, with notes of cherry and almond kernel. A refined aperitif reminiscent of a powerful and sharp version of kirsch!
