This Blanc de Blancs Champagne is exclusively made from Chardonnay grapes from old vines classified as Grand Cru in Mesnil-sur-Oger, an emblematic terroir of the Côte des Blancs. The Magnum format (1.5L) promotes slow evolution, enhancing complexity, finesse, and depth.

-100% Chardonnay certified in organic viticulture.

-Malolactic fermentation carried out, partial vinification in old oak barrels and stainless steel tanks.

-Aging on fine lees for 6 to 7 months.

-Long aging in the cellar before disgorging.

-Extra Brut dosage (3.5 g/L): the purest expression of the terroir.
