The 2023 vintage is considered exceptional: one must go back to the famous triptych 1988-1989-1990 to find such a combination of quantity and quality. The wines reveal remarkable density and energy, supported by a very good aging potential.

From grapes harvested at perfect maturity, the juices are vinified in concrete tanks, without any woody additions. The result is a pure and vibrant Chardonnay: a refined floral bouquet (hawthorn, acacia, white flowers), enriched with notes of white-fleshed fruits (vine peach, pear), and underscored by a saline minerality that stretches the palate.
