After nearly a year of absence, the 2020 vintage marks the highly anticipated return of our micro-production of Fine de Bourgogne, aged in a Chablis oak barrel. This Jéroboam is the result of artisanal expertise: distillation of the fine lees in our Burgundian stills, extended aging in oak barrels that previously held white wine, to develop finesse, aromatic richness, and elegance.

The 2020 Fine stands out for its beautiful depth, a moderate but noticeable woody complexity, notes of raisins, cooked fruits, sweet spices, and a long and harmonious finish. The alcohol content (42%) is beautifully softened by the aging process, offering a silky, warm texture to the tasting experience while maintaining a lovely freshness.
