Coming from a unique plot with iridescent red marl, this topped-up Chardonnay from Domaine Grand expresses all the warmth and generosity of its Jura terroir. The vines, over 40 years old and from a rigorous massal selection, deliver here a complex, structured, and vibrant white wine.

Vinified with great respect for the fruit – destemming, end of fermentation in barrels, 14-month aging with very frequent topping-up – this white wine displays exceptional maturity and remarkable aromatic depth. No fining, coarse filtration, very little sulfites: everything is designed to let the vine's identity shine.

Rich in a colorful local history, the plot of "La Grande Chaude" has long stirred minds as much as taste buds. This Chardonnay pays a luminous tribute: a solar, dense, and lively wine, combining tension, volume, and precision.
