This magnum of Granato 2018 from Domaine Foradori comes from the high-quality viticulture led by Elisabeta Foradori, a prominent winemaker in the Italian wine scene, particularly in the Alto Adige region in northern Italy. This Granato cuvée comes from vines grown in pergola, Teroldego grape aged for 15 months in oak barrels. The Granato 2018 cuvée reveals aromas of red fruits, cherry, cooked fruits, raspberry, and undergrowth (tea). An infusion of fruits with exceptional delicacy, all devilishly easy to drink. A very elegant and "pinot-like" cuvée!
