Laura Lardy is a breath of fresh air in Beaujolais, specifically in Fleurie! Her freshness and enthusiasm can be found in her immediately charming wines. Laura represents the 4th generation of a well-known family in Fleurie. In 2017, Laura decided to run her own estate, immediately converting her vineyards to organic farming.
Most of the vineyards she operates (5.5 ha) are over 40 years old, and Laura is committed to preserving them for as long as possible. In the winery, she uses as little sulfur as possible, only at bottling. The winemaking is traditional in Beaujolais, with whole cluster fermentation. The wines captivate us with their immediate charm and purity of fruit!
