Château Vignelaure

An emblematic domain in the wine region of Provence where vines have been cultivated for over 2000 years. Located in the northeast of Gard, 35 km from Aix en Provence, Château Vignelaure was a pioneer in high-quality organic viticulture, using carefully selected grape varieties (cabernet, grenache, syrah) based on the terroirs and meticulous aging in the estate's cellars. The wines here have a lot of soul, thanks first and foremost to the monumental work carried out by Georges Brunet (formerly of Château la Lagune) who identified in Vignelaure, a wild and isolated corner north of the Aix hills, an exceptional high-altitude microclimate that is conducive to producing refined and distinctive wines. Here, the wines never become heavy or overly sweet, everything is about finesse, aromatic purity, and that touch of iodine marine notes that we adore!
