Domaine Laurent Mouton

Laurent Mouton represents the fourth generation of this family of winemakers. Taking the reins in 2000, he undertook numerous changes at the estate to refine and clarify vineyard and cellar methods. In the vineyard, Laurent practices reasoned combat against vine predators, regularly plowing the soils and limiting yields to achieve optimal ripeness. The harvest is done by hand, with the grapes sorted and destemmed before being aged for 12 months in oak barrels. The wines are consistently among the best value for money in Burgundy.
