The lemon liqueur from Jean Marc Roulot is rich, powerful, and delicate at the same time, it's a real pleasure to finish a meal on such a beautiful note.
Located in the heart of Meursault, Jean-Marc Roulot took over the family estate.
Jean-Marc Roulot is known by all as one of the greatest Burgundy winemakers. The wines all come from different terroirs and are vinified separately to best express the precision and character of the soils.
He takes the same care with his eaux de vie "La Poire du Roulot", "La Framboise du Roulot", and his liqueurs "L'Abricot du Roulot" and "Le Citron du Roulot".
The lemon liqueur from Jean Marc Roulot is the result of a long research work by Jean-Marc to unveil a unique liqueur, far from the standards of limoncello, for example. The manufacturing process combines with precision and subtlety the maceration of lemon peels and the distillation of the fruit itself. This brings a lot of aromatic complexity to the liqueur, between the bitterness of the peels and the intensity of citrus. A real success!
Serve at a temperature between 12°C and 13°C or on ice
