This magnum of Champagne, Blanc de Blancs 2017 from Maison Deutz, is a vintage Champagne of great class, the result of a fresh and mineral 2017 vintage. The grapes come from beautiful terroirs in Ay, in the Côte des Blancs region (Chouilly, Mesnil sur Orger, Ay). The nose is delicate, with notes of white fruits and a subtle hint of citrus. The palate is delicate and the bubbles are fine. Notes of orange zest blend wonderfully with notes of yellow fruits (apricot, white peach).
