The magnum of vintage 2007 Dom Ruinart blanc de blanc champagne comes from the iconic Dom cuvée of the Ruinart House. This champagne is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes from grand cru vineyards.

The Ruinart Dom champagne has a bright, intensely golden color with beautiful green reflections.

This exceptional Ruinart champagne is subtle and elegant. The nose reveals a range of fruity and fresh notes combining floral aromas, citrus, stone fruits, and ripe white fruits. Some spicy notes enhance the aroma. The first nose is very mineral, mingling with hints of blond tobacco smoke. The second nose shows a springtime register with notes of sap, lime, acacia, and citrus.

On the palate, the 2007 Dom blanc de blanc magnum champagne is creamy: notes of green citrus and grapefruit bring a sapid and chalky finish supported by an elegant bitterness.
