This Jeroboam of Blanc de Blancs Champagne from the Barons de Rothschild is a subtle blend of premier crus and grand crus from the Côte des Blancs, made with 100% Chardonnay. Reserve wines make up 40% of the blend, adding great aromatic complexity. It is aged on lees for 3 years with a low dosage to better showcase the magic of Chardonnay, a complex combination of citrus, fresh almonds, dried fruits, and toasted bread. A beautiful representation of a high-quality Blanc de Blancs... all in an exceptional format!
