A prestigious estate born from the friendship of two very great Burgundian winemakers: Aubert de Villaine (Romanée Conti) and Jacques Seysses (Domaine Dujac). This project was born in 1980, with both winemakers convinced of the terroir of Triennes for producing great wines. Located in the Var region on a hillside against the Aurélien mountains in Nans-les-Pins, 30 km from the Mediterranean, this vineyard between sea and mountain benefits from an ideal microclimate, facing due south at an altitude of 300m.

This Jéroboam of Rosé IGP Méditerranée from Triennes is a joyous rosé with a delicate acidity. Delicate, with aromas of red fruits and marshmallow. The palate is round and harmonious. A wine of pleasure and balance.

For what occasion? As soon as the sun returns, pair it with ratatouille, seafood paella, bouillabaisse, or grilled prawns.
